Is this a subscription?
No. Every plan is a one-time purchase. The 2-year plans include 2 years of updates; the Lifetime plan includes all future updates forever.
What counts as a device?
Each install with a unique Device Key (visible on the TV's Profile screen). Reinstalling on the same machine doesn't consume an extra slot — the key persists.
Can I move a license to another device?
Yes. From the dashboard, deactivate the old device first, then activate on the new one with the same license key.
What about refunds?
Because you've already had a 3-day full-feature trial, EU law lets us require the explicit waiver above. Outside of fraud, we don't issue refunds. See the Refund policy for details.
Does the price include VAT?
Yes. Stripe Tax calculates VAT for your country at checkout if applicable.
