End User License Agreement (EULA)

Please read carefully before installing or using the software.

1. License grant

The Operator grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to install and use the software on the authorised devices.

2. Restrictions

You may NOT: reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, distribute, rent, sublicense or modify the software.

3. Intellectual property

The software (code, design, icons, documentation) remains the exclusive property of the Operator. This license does NOT transfer any ownership rights.

4. User content

The software does not include any content. Any stream or file played comes from external sources controlled by the User. Responsibility for the legality of those sources rests exclusively with the User.

5. Updates

The Operator may issue updates at its discretion. Updates may include functional changes.

6. Termination

This license terminates automatically if you breach these terms. Upon termination you must uninstall the software.

7. Warranty disclaimer

The software is provided “AS IS”, without any express or implied warranty.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of the use of the software.
