Under Article 16 of Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 (Digital Services Act), any natural or legal person can notify Zila Media Player of content believed to be illegal. This page is the channel for those notifications.
Our architecture is zero-knowledge: we cannot inspect the playlists or credentials users enter — they are encrypted locally on the user's device with a key we never hold. See our Privacy Policy for the cryptographic details.
- Invalidate the license of the reported user.
- Delete any encrypted blob associated with their device from our infrastructure.
- Block the device (by MAC) from accessing our pairing service.
- Reporter's identity (name + proof of standing for the right invoked).
- Description of the suspected illegal content and a URL or identifier locating it.
- Specific legal grounds (copyright, trademark, etc.).
- Statement of good faith / accuracy of the submitted information.
- Contact details for correspondence.
We acknowledge receipt within 48 hours and act within 7 business days when the notice is complete and valid. Abusive or knowingly-false notices may be reported to the competent authorities and to the user concerned (after redaction).
